Synchronicity Miku

At Phoenix Comicon '14 this year I pulled out my Miku Cosplay and since this is a huge con, there are a lot of people and they generally don't look around and are not careful of others, I didn't want to have to wear the mask because this costume is generally a hassle to prevent someone stepping on it anyways and with the mask, I can't see that great, so I decided to go with the scale makeup Miku has under her mask(from the third installment of the Synchronicity videos). This for another reason other than being able to see, also tied in the dragon(his name is Fenrir) that I was carrying around as well.

Miku has become the least favorite cosplay, I have to always have a handler with me, at one time I had four, yeah, four people taking turns helping me(bless you guys if you are reading this)

Anyways, Fenrir will not be staying with me for too much longer, he will be going to a new home soon, so I guess I will have to make a new one eventually, hopefully I can make him lighter since even though he is only 4lbs, he gets heavy after a while, more so when I have the staff and the train to deal with.

For those not familiar with my dragon he is made from a Pepakura file of the DragonBone Skull from Skyrim using celuclay and various other materials. He was also my first Pep project(yeah I know I picked a huge one for my first) and I had no money to put into this so I used everything I could find that I already had and had to make it in a month. So yeah, not bad if I say so with all those limitations. Also yes, his eyes do light up in real life.

Also a big thanks to CosPortraits for this photo, I literally don't have any good photos with Fenrir other than from this Con and this was the most fabulous of them all.
